Rapé ceremony in Stockholm
Rapé is a finely ground sacred snuff from the Amazon, made from Nicotiana rustica alongside ash, bark and seeds from medicinal plants. It is administered through each nostril using a small blowpipe. The effect is immediate, an intense but brief pressure that within minutes gives way to mental clarity and a deep sense of cleansing.
I trained with a Matsés family in the Peruvian Amazon and work with rapé as part of the ceremonial tradition that the Matsés people have practiced for generations. Each rapé blend is chosen with care and used with respect for its origins.
Ceremonies are held in your home anywhere in Stockholm, or at a private location surrounded by forest just outside the city. Before every booking I conduct a short health consultation to ensure the ceremony fits you and your intentions.
What is Rapé?
Rapé is a sacred shamanic medicine and tool, used by tribes of the Amazon for thousands of years. It contains sacred tobacco and ash from bark of the Pau Pereira tree (platycyamus regnellii), blended with herbs, healing plants, seeds and bark of many species of Amazon trees, creating medicinal effects for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
Rapé has a grounding masculine energy, which immediately focuses the mind, stops mental chatter, and opens the head-space for direct connection with spirit. By removing energetic blockages, it clears away heavy energy and negativity, releases stress and old thought patterns, opens the heart, and connects you to your higher consciousness.
On a strictly physical level, Rapé cleanses and detoxifies the sinus. Toxins are dispersed together with mucus. It is said to detoxify the pineal gland, though this has not yet been scientifically proven.
Traditionally, Rapé is used in combination with Kambo medicine by indigenous tribes such as Yawanawa, Kaxinawa-Huni, and Katukina. Working together to deepen the cleansing process, release blocked energy, and eliminate sickness.
Rapé is pure herbal medicine, legal in Sweden, and does not cause hallucinations.

The Awakening Warrior
Kambo, rapé and sananga combined in a single session. Most people who book rapé choose the combined format because the three medicines strengthen each other and create a deeper, more complete experience. It is the format I personally recommend for most people.
